I have never been to therapy before, and am a little apprehensive. What can I expect?
The first session will include filling out forms and sharing the problems and concerns that brought you in. The forms are available below if you would like to fill them out before your first appointment. After that, we begin a conversation designed to help you understand your problems and begin to move forward.
I offer a personalized approach, tailored to your individual needs, to help you attain personal growth and change. I make an easy connection with people, and I sometimes use my pets, especially with teens, to facilitate communication.
How do I know if a therapist is right for me?
To know if a therapist is the right fit for you, ask yourself the following questions:
It is important that you find a therapist that is right for you. Do not be embarrassed to trust your feelings and see another therapist if you don't feel comfortable, and don't feel like you have made some progress within 3 to 4 sessions. It is your life, your time, your money, and your well being!

When can I first meet with you?
First appointments are often available within 2-3 business days.
Evening and early morning appointments are available.

How much does it cost?
The first intake session for adolescents, and insomnia treatment, is 75 minutes, and costs $175.
After intake, all sessions are $135 per 50 minute session.
All fees are reimbursable from insurance, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts.
Are there any forms I need to fill out for the first session?
Yes, I have two different sets of forms depending on your age.
